Return and Refund Policy for Stralend Cosmetics

At Stralend Cosmetics, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, we have established a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:

1. Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, including all original tags, labels, and seals intact.
• We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process any return.

2. Non-Eligible Items for Return:

• Opened or used products, including those where the seal or packaging has been broken, are not eligible for return.
• Items purchased as part of a promotion, sale, or with a discount are non-returnable.
• Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

3. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day return window to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
• Original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund upon verification of the issue.

6. Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Final Sale:

• All items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.

By making a purchase with Stralend Cosmetics, you agree to this return and refund policy. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@stralendcosmetics.com within the 14-day return window. You must include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details. 

Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your product. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
